Punching and forming

The TruPunch 1000 is based on proven TRUMPF technology and can master everything the larger punching machines can, including three dimensional punching.

Not only can you punch, but you can also form threads, bend flanges and produce extrusions quickly, easily and economically in one machine setup. There are no limits to part diversity.

Thanks to the new and simple programming a type of navigation system which supplements and greatly simplifies TruTops Punch Basic, you can program typical parts in no time at all, even if you are a novice.

Typical workpiece

If you ever need to program more complicated part contours, you are right on target with TruTops Punch Basic. TruTops Punch Basic is a version of the tried and proven TRUMPF punching software, TruTops Punch, that has been perfectly tailored to the requirements of the TruPunch 1000.

Both simplified programming and TruTops Punch Basic are included in the standard configuration of the machine control.
